For Advanced Students

The workshops are geared to the more advanced students and teachers wishing to continue to grow and develop their practice in the ways of Iyengar Yoga. These workshops are also part of the mentorship program to help teachers to develop and advance in our system. For the serious student they will be challenged to explore the more advanced asanas from Light On Yoga, which they may not be exposed to in the regular classes. We are covering the asanas from the guidelines from Pune covering the level 1, 2 and 3 syllabi for teachers. Looking at them from both a student learning perspective as well as the teaching perspective.
